The Dream Cove Cottage is located in a separate building from the main house and other structures, providing ultimate privacy. This Cottage has it’s own kitchen and ensuite, perfect for an extra couple or parents joining you on your visit.

Yellow Suite

Two Queen Beds - Ensuite Washroom

The Yellow Suite is located in the lower floor of the main house, and contains it’s own full ensuite. This bedroom also has direct access to the outdoor patio via a sliding door.

Blue Suite

The Blue Suite is located in the lower floor of the main house, and contains it’s own full ensuite. With addition of the dedicated workspace, it is a perfect place to journal about the experiences of your trip. This bedroom also has direct access to the outdoor patio via a sliding door.

Bunk Bed Room

Single over Single Bunk - Ensuite Washroom

The Bunkbed room is located in the lower floor of the main house. This room contains a single over single bunk with a full ensuite (toilet, sink and shower).

The Chef’s Kitchen has been well-appointed for even the most enthusiastic chef. The kitchen offers an electric range and stove, microwave, espresso machine, blender, ice maker, pressure cooker/air fryer, etc.. On the kitchen deck, SBV offers a propane BBQ and pellet smoker (propane and pellets are supplied).

The dining house is located next to the Chef’s Kitchen, can seat up to 14 people, a perfect place to meet and enjoy your dinner with family and friends, swapping stories of the day’s adventures.

The water for the home is freshwater from a well that has been purified and run through a reverse osmosis system. The water is suitable for drinking. We have a water cooler for drinking and cooking should you feel more comfortable with that.
For large yachts, the harbor is likely too shallow and it is not advisable. For smaller boats, guests can anchor slightly offshore. Most guests opt to hire a captain instead and go on excursions or guided trips instead due to the waters being somewhat hard to navigate. Additionally, the captains know all the best areas to maximize your value from your trip. Our property manager can help arrange this for you.
Yes. Sugar Beach Villa faces the north side of the island which is characterized by bright turquoise blue waters and small to moderate sized waves. Sugar Beach Villa has steps down to the ocean to make beach access easy.
Sugar Beach Villa is approximately a 45 minute drive from Exuma International Airport (GGT).
The closest grocery store to Sugar Beach Villa is Exuma Markets in Georgetown, which is approximately a 20 minute drive from the home (halfway between the Airport and Sugar Beach Villa). There are other various convenience stores along the way for light goods and snacks.
